Today I read about the story of Ben and Jerry’s. I think this is a nice story, because it is a great example about how a small business can be a big company.

We also had some of Ben and Jerry’s ice cream. I tasted Cannoli and strawberry cheesecake. I especially like Cannoli, because the flavor is soft and delicate.

In my country ice cream is popular. The most popular flavors in my country are chocolate and vanilla.

People in my country eat ice cream to special events, for example, birthdays, parties, and holydays. So, usually people eat ice cream in the parks, fairs or ice cream stores.  

New flavor for Ben and Jerry 

I think a new flavor for ice cream for Ben and Jerry’s could be, sweet potatoes ice cream. Sweet potatoes are healthy and delicious.   Also this kind of potato is sweet and they don’t need a lot of sugar to make this new flavor.
